HOW TO BUY
TTD-ART online has been optimised for your visiting pleasure, placing artists work into categories to enable you to identify the style and subject you are interested in. Most work is sold unframed for the customer to select their preferred design and colour, such information is available when viewing each artwork.
Once you locate the artwork you wish to buy, simply chose your quantity, click ADD TO CART button and the artwork will be added to your basket. If you wish to purchase more pieces, simply click on the category buttons on the left hand side of the page and add further items into your basket.
Once you have completed your shopping you click MY CART, and then CHECKOUT. You will be able to check your purchases and send payment via a secure online provider called Pay Pal. Pay Pal take payments from all types of cards and even directly from your bank if you do not have a card.

International Customers: Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and this is a percentage of the value of the goods.
TTD-ART (UK) aim to find out this charge before shipping and add this to the bill, but at times charges come through after payment and shipping has been completed. TTD-ART (UK) will contact the customer directly to arrange payment.

Consumer Protection:
Artworks purchased will be shipped directly to you the customer from the artist(s). TTD-ART will deal with the transaction between you and the artist, ensuring quality of service. In the unlikely event that a piece of work incurs any damage during transit, it is important that TTD-ART is contacted within 24 hours of receipt.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 online sellers must offer a cooling off period. This means you have the right to cancel in writing up to 7 working days after you have received your purchase. However, as of March 2006 the newly updated SafeBuy Code of Practice now means we offer a minimum of a 14 day cooling off period which exceeds the statutory minimum. This means you have 14 working days from the day the item is received in which to cancel your order and receive a full refund less the postage you have been charged within 30 days of cancellation.*
* We are not legally entitled to give a refund for an item which has been created specially for you such as a commissioned painting, personalised greetings card and so on.

Images are not to scale, so please check measurements before purchasing. All artwork, prints, greeting cards, framed prints or photographs are measured in centimeters.
